WBC #4, IBF #9 and WBO #13 ranked cruiserweight Dmytro Kucher (20-0, 15 KOs) is in desperate search of his future opponent. Kucher, 28, who has recently destroyed former WBA interim champion Steve Herelius in just a couple of rounds, was rumored to fight WBC #10 Italian veteran Vincenzo Rossitto (43-7-2, 25 KOs) for his WBC International 200lb title. However, just a day shy of the pre-planned purse bid for the title match-up, the 36-year old Italian chose to vacate the belt and to withdraw from the Kucher fight.

Now, the Ukrainian fighter will contest a vacant title with the ever dangerous TBA on March 21 at Sportlife Night Clube in Kiev, Ukraine.

Meanwhile, in the co-feature of a tiny but well-packed show, arranged by the Elite Boxing Promotions, WBC #3 light welterweight Victor Postol (21-0, 10 KOs) won’t play it for keep as he put his title at stake against dangerous American “Hammering” Hank Lundy (22-2-1, 11 KOs). A vacant WBC International belt will be up for grabs in the fight. Postol is coming off a huge win over upset-minded former champion DeMarcus “Chop-Chop” Corley in October and the first-round blowout of Henry Aurad in America two months later. Lundy last fought in July 2012, when he was upset himself – by Raymundo Beltran.

Also, in the super bantamweight six-rounder Oleg Malinovskiy (6-0, 2 KOs) battles Kazakh Zhandos Zhetpisbayev (5-4, 2 KOs), whilst a hard-hitting fan favorite Marat Kulumbegov (9-0-1, 6 KOs) is planned for eight against another Kazakh import Mikhail Krinitsin (11-2-2, 7 KOs).
